Our purpose

At Homes Plus Care we support individuals to continue to live safely, happily and independently in their own homes, whilst helping them to maintain and improve their independence to live fulfilled lives.

We support people with a wide range of physical, practical and emotional needs, including personal care if required. Our Support Workers are DBS checked and well trained.

We believe that for services to be truly effective they should be based on sound values and principles, and an understanding of the fundamental and individual needs and rights of people, whilst providing respectful and dignified support / care.

 

  • We aim to provide a professional, flexible, efficient, value for money, quality care and support service.
  • We aim to safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of the service user, to enable the service user to maintain their personal independence, have informed choice and an opportunity to enjoy and contribute to society.


Our training programme for support workers are designed to ensure they have adequate knowledge and understanding to delivery care and support appropriately.

Training at Homes Plus Care

We ensure that all of staff members are trained to the highest standards so they are able to deliver the best possible care.

Further additional training is also offered where required to meet the needs of the people we support.

The induction and ongoing training and development is of vital

importance to us.

We believe it is important for every member of staff to have an individual programme for career progression, which will benefit both the member of staff and people we support. This motivates staff and helps maintain continuity of care.

All staff receive a 6 weekly supervision and an annual appraisal
